What we know about you
Hello! This page is for you if you are using Rootlet Kids. It tells you, in plain words, what we know about you. (Grown-ups, the full privacy policy has all the details.)
Almost nothing!
We remember which lessons you have finished and how you did in the quizzes. That is saved on your grown-up's account, so you can carry on where you left off and they can see how well you are doing.
The stars you win in games are saved only on the computer, tablet or phone you are using. They are never sent to us.
There are no adverts in kids lessons or games, and we do not use tracking tools there.
You and your grown-up can ask us what we keep, ask us to fix it, or ask us to delete it. Your grown-up just needs to email support@rootlet.co.uk.
Tell a grown-up you trust. They can email us at support@rootlet.co.uk.
One short, practical tip each Thursday, plus news when new courses open. Free, and you can unsubscribe in one click.
Check your inbox for an email from Rootlet and tap the confirm button. If it isn't there in a few minutes, look in your spam or promotions folder.
