Course description

Times Tables Adventure turns learning every times table up to 12 × 12 into a space mission. Children aged 7 to 9 fly through nine missions, one or two tables at a time, with short lessons written just for them, games that make practice fun, a quick quiz at the end of each mission and a printable worksheet with answers for grown-ups.

What's inside

  • 28 short lessons (about 10 minutes each) that explain each table with tricks children actually remember: doubling, the finger trick for the 9s, the 10s plus 2s for the 12s.
  • 9 games built for Rootlet Kids: a times table rocket, a matching game and a fact family sorter.
  • 9 five-question quizzes and 9 printable worksheets, each with an answer sheet for grown-ups.
  • Division, money, time and word problems, so the facts get used, not just remembered.

Follows the National Curriculum

The course follows the National Curriculum for England: the 2, 5 and 10 times tables (Year 2), the 3, 4 and 8 times tables (Year 3) and every table up to 12 × 12 with the matching division facts (Year 4). Each lesson has a short note for grown-ups on how to help.

Safe by design

Grown-ups hold the account and log in for their child. There's no chat, no comments, no adverts and no tracking in kids lessons or games, and we never ask for a child's name or details. Game stars are saved only on the device being used.
